Lee Fox has been doing appraisals since 1985. He attended the Mendenhall School of Auctioneering. A man of integrity, discipline and valor he served in the National Guard for 7 years. Lee is IRS and USPAP (Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice) compliant snd up to date with USPAP courses and fulfill the IRS requirements for a qualified appraiser. His appraisal reports also follow the USPAP standards and IRS requirements for all appraisals.
